Park Springs has more than 400 full-time and part-time staff members serving in a variety of positions. We utilize a pre-employment screening process for all applicants. Screenings include: Drug test (urinalysis); Physical; Two-step PPD (tuberculin skin test) and a national background check. There may be additional background checks for applicants who have lived outside of Georgia in the last 12 months or more and for those applying for certain nursing opportunities.
Once you have satisfactorily completed this process, we will schedule your new hire orientation. The general new-hire orientation training last approximately 6 hours and is held every other week on Wednesday. Following the new-hire orientation you will be scheduled for departmental orientation to begin your specific job training.
