Meanwhile, the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse can be found in downtown Lawrenceville. This majestic building sits on two gorgeous acres and it is open for self-guided walking tours and regularly offers free art exhibits. The Courthouse is also home to the Gwinnett Veterans Council Memorial Museum, the Gwinnett Historical Society and the George Williams Collection of antique furniture, paintings and books.

If you are an arts lover, then you’re going to love what the region has to offer. The Gwinnett Center is home to four major attractions – the Performing Arts Center, the Hudgens Center for the Arts, the Arena at Gwinnett Center and the Convention Center.
