    Good Afternoon,
I am reaching out as a former employee. I was actually the Wellness Director. whom received high reviews from the consultant and emails from the members (whom compared me to Shayla- I believe her name was) and at the time- administrator Debra Morgan, whom gave accolades for my successful direction to decrease the overtime, keeping a professional front for the home care department. During my tenure state evaluation we were cited for documentation,( we had a RN turnover causing different styles of documentation, that was quickly corrected.)

However I was not liked by Dr. White for holding Lucretia G accountable for a PIP placed prior to being placed in the Wellness Director position.
My focus was for the better of the company. I therefore set a plan and followed up with communication during our monthly staff meeting. I removed Lucretia G from having any supervisory position. Which gave the CNAs the freedom to speak to me, via the open door policy (They shared with me some concerns, that will benefit you to hear without Lucretia’s attendance, I still have contact with the remaining CNAs whom still voice the same concerns). During that process I briefly took over the schedule to create structure and even distribution of hours.
You have a common denominator, frankly speaking although Lucretia has a good rapport with the members she is hurting the company’s revenue.

I believe I was unfairly terminated. I spent countless hours fixing the issues, maintaining compliance and regulations. My attendance was impeccable ( my termination was political, I understand that.) However I reach out again for the better of the company. The members and staff deserve to live by the mission Parksprings was founded upon.

    I was terminated for nepotism.
