“It’s that time again,” says Park Springs Fitness Center Manager, Reggie Porter MS, CSCS, ACSM-HFS. “It’s January, and that means it is time for Park Springs’ biggest fitness program, the Wellness Challenge!”

Again this year, Park Springs members and staff are encouraged to participate in the annual Wellness Challenge. This is a free challenge, designed to facilitate a healthy and active start to the new year. It started on January 12, and will run seven weeks, ending on March 1, 2015.

“We want people to start 2015 off right by getting fit, engaging in healthy competition, and winning some great prizes,” encourages Reggie. “For this year’s Challenge participants will not only be competing for themselves, but also for their building.

Park Springs Members from each building are teamed together while trying to improve their physical, mental, social, and spiritual wellness.

So – which building is the fittest?
