Memory Care Guide Shirlette will host a Heart Healthy cooking demonstration on Fat Tuesday, February 21 at 2:00pm. The event will be held at Pebblebrook Lake House Dining Room. After dining on the healthy, flavorful food, participants will learn more about what sets Memory Care at Park Springs apart.

Our staff will discuss healthy dining, how a heart healthy diet can help with dementia and cognitive decline, and serve a sampling of items from our Fat Tuesday menu.
