Leading Age: Park Springs Staff Live Campus to Protect Residents

Park Springs was recently featured by Leading Age in their series on workforce innovations during the coronavirus crisis. The article highlights the life plan community’s innovative approach to protecting its members during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Staff living on-site include people from many departments, including food and beverage, plant operations, security, sanitation, CNAs, administrative staff and nurses. Park Springs is also able to isolate by building within the 61-acre campus.

“We practice relationship-based care, and living on campus has allowed us to fulfill that mission,” said Moore. “We’re able to love on our members, hold hands, have the sense of family.”
