Friendship: The Park Springs Experience

PS friends at pubThere are big ships and small ships.  But the best ship of all is friendship.

Often, Members who live at Park Springs CCRC in Stone Mountain, compare living on the beautiful 54-acre campus to ‘being on a cruise ship – on land.’

Like a cruise ship, Park Springs offers a wide array of first-class amenities, including a world-class, well-equipped fitness center and indoor pool, four separate dining venues that each offer a distinct and delightful culinary experience from bistro to fine dining, and a wide variety of activities, social events, and performances. Park Springs is especially designed to connect with others and make new friends. Living here offers many great opportunities to enjoy life to the fullest.

In addition to the many activities and events coordinated by Jennifer Durham, Director of Leisure Services, there are a large number of clubs and gatherings that are led by the Members themselves, such as the Artist Workshop, the Low Vision Book Club, Senior Scholars, the History Group and Movies, Music & Memories, to name just a few.

Where some equate living at Park Springs to life on a large cruise ship, others describe it as ‘life on a college campus, with friends and enriching activities everywhere you turn.’

At Park Springs, Members can be as active as they like. It’s a great place to make new friends and experience and enjoy a variety of activities and events together.
