Seniors and their families can rely on Park Springs following a surgery or hospitalization.
Our onsite Rehabilitation Services offer a variety of personalized therapy programs for both long-term and short-term recovery. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are available Monday through Saturday.
Outpatient Therapy is delivered in a comprehensive healthcare campus by highly trained therapists and our warm surroundings encourage rest and healing.
Rehabilitation at Park Springs takes two forms. Both are delivered by the same physical, occupational, and speech therapists, on the same campus, with the same expectation: measurable progress toward the life you want back.
For Members recovering from surgery, a fall, or a serious illness, Inpatient Rehabilitation takes place during a short-term stay in our Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing household at Pebblebrook. Therapists work alongside our nurses, Geriatrician, and Care Partners, with therapy up to five days a week.
Recovery is a team effort. Your therapists, nursing staff, physicians, social workers, and family plan your care together, so everyone is working toward the same day: the one you go home.
Inpatient stays may be covered under Medicare Part A or Part B.

Understanding Medicare coverage
For those who need therapy without an overnight stay, including Members living independently on campus, Outpatient Therapy brings the same physical, occupational, and speech therapists to you on a schedule that fits your life. Sessions take place on our healthcare campus, in surroundings designed for rest and healing rather than in a clinic across town.
Outpatient Therapy begins with a referral from your physician, whether that is our on-site Wellness Clinic or your own doctor. From there, our rehabilitation team verifies your insurance benefits, schedules your evaluation, and builds a plan of care with you, including exercises to practice at home.
Every plan of care at Park Springs is written with that finish line in view. Whether you are here for a short-term stay or an outpatient session, your therapists measure success by one thing: how well you do once you are home.
Recovery does not end at discharge, and neither does our attention. Before a Member leaves Inpatient Rehabilitation, our team completes a home safety assessment that looks at how they will manage daily life once they return, from entering the house to bathing, dressing, and preparing meals, and identifies what should be adjusted before they walk back through the door.
Every recommendation is shared with the Member and family in plain language. The result is a return home that is planned, not hoped for.
At Pebblebrook, we know that increasing quality of life is about more than just supporting a person’s healthcare needs. That’s why we’ve designed a community that empowers Members to live well in an intimate, personalized setting.
In this environment, you’ll discover an easygoing rhythm. Forget calendars and meal plans. You decide what you do, where you go, and even when and what you eat.
Surrounded by the warmth and comforts of home, the preferences of Members serve as the guide for developing their unique wellness plan.
