As one of the few Life Plan Communities with a Wellness Clinic on site, Members at Park Springs receive coordinated, comprehensive care that is rare in medicine today––without ever leaving the campus. The Wellness Clinic, open five days a week, offers a variety of services while empowering Members with a team of medical professionals who take the time to build individual relationships with each of their patients. Our onsite Geriatricians and Neurologist specializing in Movement Disorders, make having the best care available to our Members a key priority. Have questions about those services? EXERCISE PROGRAMS

  • Stretch, Tone & Balance – designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
  • Water Yoga – blends Yoga and Tai Chi into a safe water workout for improved flexibility, breathing and balance.
  • Exercise Now – get ready for a fun cardio workout with strength, endurance and flexibility.
  • Chair Yoga – uses all the principles of yoga to increase strength and flexibility.
  • Tai Chi – a great way to improve core strength, mental focus, balance and posture.
  • ArthriCise – geared specifically to those with arthritis, the class improves joint flexibility and coordination and reduces muscle weakness, pain and stiffness.
  • Water Aerobics – increases cardio fitness, balance and flexibility with water exercises.
  • Early Rise with Elgy – Saturday morning stretch and exercise with one of our Members.
  • Water Volleyball – played with a beach ball, all fitness levels are welcomed to this Member led activity.
Resistance Training

It is a more wholesome approach to the patient rather than just focusing on treating medical problems. I feel like that is an important part of my approach to medical care here.
