Starla Gleaton joined Park Springs on October 1, 2018. She brings over 14 years of long-term care and skilled nursing experience to her role as the Administrator of Health Services.
Starla received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2002 from Brewton-Parker College. She entered long-term care in 2003 as a social worker serving as an advocate for resident rights. She obtained her licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2007. Since becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, she has received two deficiency-free surveys and has led teams to great survey outcomes.
In her role as Administrator of Health Services, Starla offers extensive knowledge of managing operations and regulatory oversight. Starla believes in being a servant leader and will continue to support the vision of Park Springs.
