LeadingAge Georgia selected the Park Springs staff and members for their community-wide life-saving response to the coronavirus pandemic. The honorable mention for the award went to Park Springs Associate Executive Director Ginger Hansborough for her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. “In a year when so many senior care centers are passionately and tirelessly working to provide the best possible care for our seniors, we are humbled and honored to receive this award,” stated Jeff Helms, executive director at Park Springs. “Our entire community – administration, staff and members – came together through the 75 days of our lock-in on campus and embodied the spirit of community and altruism. I am immensely proud to be part of this incredible community that is truly a second family.”
