Park Springs on the Move: A look back at all the fun activities we had in June

Summer is in full swing and Park Springs members are loving it! June was full of fun activities including, Dinner Club trips to Atlanta restaurants, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra concerts and tours of Historic Covington and Jaemor Farms.

Dinner Club is an opportunity for members to enjoy culinary experiences outside of the Park Springs campus. Atlanta Fish Market and Seasons 52 were the featured restaurants for June, which provided members with casual and upscale dining options. Similar to Dinner Club, Taste of the World allow members to branch out and try international cuisine. In June, members enjoyed Papi’s Cuban Grill in Midtown.

If you know Park Springs, you know we love the arts. The member bands, the Stone Mountaineers and Park Springs Chorus, perform in-house concerts and there is always something to enjoy from the Theater Club. To foster our love outside of the Park Springs community, members enjoyed trips to see a musical play at Horizon Theatre’s Citizen Market and a handful of renowned Atlanta Symphony Orchestra events throughout the month.

Park Springs members loaded the bus and headed north to Burge Plantation in Covington, Ga. and the North Georgia Canopy tours where members were invited to zip line, grab a delicious bite at the Jaemor Farms deli and sign up for library cards at the Public Library.
