Introducing a new Continental Breakfast Program

Park Springs Breakfast

As many Members have been pleased to see, Park Springs has introduced a new Continental Breakfast Program that now involves the entire Campus. In addition to serving breakfast in the Main Dining Room, Park Springs also sets up a Continental breakfast in the 9000 Building where Members can enjoy coffee, breakfast croissan’wich and breakfast pastries.

Explains Jim Schneeberger Jr., Food & Beverage Director: “ We have shifted the Continental offerings to the Main Dining Room and out of the Bistro.  This has made it easier for Members who use amigos or walkers to access the items available on the Continental breakfast tables, and provides for a lovely setting to start the day.”

In the Main Dining Room, next to a fresh and delicious selection of Continental Breakfast items, the culinary staff has also started offering eggs cooked-to-order seven mornings a week.

“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we see many Members who like to end their morning walk with a delicious Park Springs breakfast!” says Schneeberger, who is always on the lookout to enhance the five-star dining choices for the Members of Park Springs.
