Park Springs Team Wins “Best Appetizer” At Taste Of Tucker

A big congratulations to Justin Craft and the members of his Food & Beverage team for winning the award for “Best Appetizer” at the food festival Taste of Tucker.

The award-winning dish was Park Springs’ Shrimp and Grits, and Chef Lewis and Chef Chris were the cooks who won the Taste of Tucker gold. Attendees say one member of the crowd spent all her money on the Shrimp and Grits, putting the delicious food in a ziplock bag so she could continue to enjoy the award-winning appetizer at home.
