The Journey Of Family

For almost 3 months, 70+ Park Springs staff sheltered-in-place on our campus. Why? These heroes dedicated their time and personal life in order to help keep our 600+ Members safe from the coronavirus. We couldn’t be more grateful for a team who was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, and want to say thank you to everyone who chose to give so freely of their time and energy.

We asked our staff what made them want to stay, and the resounding answer was “Park Springs is my family. This is what you do for family.”

Take a moment to check out some of the photos and stories of commitment. From simple things like cooking, cleaning, and keeping things maintained, to bigger moments of celebrating birthdays, campus-wide wine tastings, and ultimately standing together as Members and Staff united to keep the Park Springs family safe.

I am so, so proud. When I think about what a hero really is, it’s not the general, it’s the people on the front lines, putting it out there every single day. Every one of you has touched somebody’s life, and has saved lives.
