Welcome Marcus Walden, Park Springs’ New Executive Chef

With more than 20 years of experience as a culinary expert, we are excited to welcome Chef Marcus Walden to Park Springs! Chef Walden prides himself on his ability to bring satisfaction from the culinary arts, and comes to us most recently from his role as Corporate Executive Chef at Legacy Partners. In that role he oversaw seven different restaurants and led a large team of waitstaff and cooks. He has worked as a chef with Disney in Disney Springs and spent a number of years in the Gulf Shores area helping to develop multiple restaurant concepts with a restaurant group. He is a master of hospitality!

“I have taken the last 23 years of my life and honed in on making great food and expressing comfort through the culinary,” says Walden. One of his greatest joys as a chef is seeing a guest’s reaction to a delicious bite of food and how transformative good cuisine can be. In his free time when he is not cooking up a storm, Chef Walden enjoys being with his family and is an avid reader, especially in subjects of self-betterment. He is excited to lead our dining venues and introduce himself to our Park Springs’ Members!
